vip1's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability: vip1 does not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. vip1 is not liable for any betting or gaming losses arising from platform downtime, provided that no bets were accepted during such downtime and all pending bets were handled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules.
